This model features a single helical shrink-fitted gear pair and a hardened, grind-finished shaft, ensuring durability and precision. Ultra-bronze sintered bushes provide smooth operation, while its robust construction enhances pump longevity and performance.
The suction and delivery connections range from 1/4" to 1", with an operational pressure of up to 10 kg/cm². The pump delivers a flow capacity from 2.5 LPM to 125 LPM and operates at 1440 RPM. It is designed for liquids with a viscosity of up to 100,000 SSU and withstands a maximum temperature of 200°C. Engineered for reliability and efficiency, this pump ensures optimal performance for bottle-filling applications.
