Fluid Tech Systems offers the ROTOFLUID brand gear pump – Model FTSS, a self-priming, foot-mounted, positive displacement rotary gear pump. This model features an all Stainless Steel (SS-316) construction with a three-piece investment cast body, making it easy to clean and maintain use for food industry applications.
The pump is equipped with SS-316 gears and nitride shafts for extended durability and smooth performance. The shaft is supported by self-lubricating, Teflon-coated DU bushes, while Teflon-based GFO pack sealant ensures zero leakage. Right-angle mounting brackets allow easy installation with an electric motor.
Model FTSS offers suction and delivery sizes ranging from 1/4" to 2", supports pressures up to 10 kg/cm², and delivers flow rates from 8.33 LPM to 300 LPM. It provides a suction lift between 1 to 5 meters at 1440 RPM, handling viscosities up to 100,000 SSU and temperatures up to 200°C. Built for strength and reliability, it ensures long, trouble-free service life.
