Fluid Tech Systems warrants that all products manufactured and supplied by us conform to the specifications described in our product documentation and are free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use and service conditions. The warranty period applicable to each product model is as specified in the product documentation or as communicated in writing at the time of purchase. In the absence of a specific written warranty period, the general warranty period for our standard pump products is twelve months from the date of dispatch.
This warranty covers defects arising from faulty manufacturing, substandard materials, or workmanship errors. Repaired or replaced products shall carry the remaining warranty period of the original product or three months from the date of repair or replacement, whichever is longer. Transportation costs for sending the defective product to our facility and for returning the repaired or replaced product shall be discussed and agreed upon at the time of the warranty claim.
